Overview

Deskie is a management platform built for coworking spaces. It handles the things that operators deal with every day — memberships, desk bookings, billing, and member communication — in one place instead of spread across a dozen tools.

What it does

The platform gives coworking operators a dashboard to manage their space and members a simple way to book desks and manage their accounts. Memberships can be configured with different access levels, and billing is handled automatically so operators aren’t chasing invoices.

Built with Next.js on the frontend, PostgreSQL for data, and styled with Tailwind CSS. The goal was to keep it fast, straightforward, and focused on the workflows that actually matter for running a shared workspace.
